| The Midtown condo market remains strong as we enter a new year more buyers enter the market as interest rates start to edge slowly higher and supply of resale condos remains low. January saw 7 units selling on Merton Street and 32 units sell along the Yonge St Corridor from Yonge and Bloor to Yonge and Lawrence. These units sold from a low of $198,000 for a one bed unit with no parking at Yonge & Bloor to a high of $770,000 for an approx 1600sq ft unit at Summerhill aith 2 parking spaces. Right now there are just 4 units for sale on Merton Street and 61 units for sale in the Midtown Yonge Street corridor from Davisville to Eglinton. These Midtown units range in price from a low of $198,000 for a one bed unit with no parking at Yonge and Eglinton to 2 1/4 million for a 2bed plus den of approx 4000sq ft with 2 parking at Yonge & Sheldrake.
