| The condo market in Midtown got off to a brisk start with 30 new listings in the first two weeks bringing the total to 51 units for sale. At the same time buyers were back in force and the first two weeks sales came in at 99% of asking price. During December which is usually slow there were 17 units sold in Midtowns C10 area and the average days on market was 30 days. Continued low rates and more people moving to Toronto should see a relatively strong market in 2012 with TREB and the CMHC predicting prices to rise by 5% in 2012 Thanks again, during 2011 Ralph was chosen by more sellers to sell their condo in the Midtown C10 area, thats seven years in a row.
